When booking our rental equipment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. A $25 cancellation fee applies to qualifying refunds.

Customers are responsible for rental items that are lost, damaged, or stolen while in their possession. On the night before departure, rinse all items with fresh water and leave them where they were delivered by 9:00 AM.

Delivery is free on Topsail Island and immediate surrounding areas. Delivery time is between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM on the date selected at checkout.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific rental.
